The
first and most important use of the handler and K-9 team is as
a deterrent to criminal or terrorist threat. The use of a K-9
on a detail serves to "harden the target." The K-9's
excellent sense of smell, hearing and instincts make him difficult
to get past undetected. The K-9's abilities to deter, detect and
detain, as well as defend, are unsurpassed, especially when coupled
with his handler's reasoning ability.
K-9s should be well mannered, well trained and well groomed, our duty
is to provide the right K-9 for the job at hand.
OPTIONS:

Handler/K-9
teams: Use for patrol or escort. K-9/handler teams can patrol
a perimeter, patrol on an estate, escorting executives from
offices to vehicles, secure parking areas, etc. |

Narcotics,
firearms and explosives detection: To detect the presence
of narcotics, firearms or explosives in the business environment,
vehicles, schools, universities or in advance work. Explosives
detection K-9s are special order and require advance notice. |
| 3) |
Training
services: Services are available for training of clients'
existing dogs, handler training, setting up agents with
K-9s for their personal use, or establishing in-house teams
for corporations. |

K-9 purchasing:
For stand-alone measures on estates or personal protection
for CEOs. K-9s can be purchased and trained on site. Options
include puppies, young adults, trained adults and police-titled
adults. |

Kingdsen's

Protection Using K-9s is different than police work. The
K-9s are trained with the same skills but the emphasis for
the corporate patrol dog is on the control and manners.
The restrictions of the use of K-9s is on - leash "arms
reach." An understanding of these restrictions is of
critical importance to the Corporate K-9 handler.
